Returns and Warranty Policies
DOA (dead on arrival) or Damaged Goods Received
Your product is warranted against all defects in material and workmanship for one (2) business days from the date of purchase unless specifically noted below. Should your product prove defective within the inspection period of (2) days, return it Shades Masters for repair or replacement with an approved RMA number. Shades Masters has the sole responsibility for granting a replacement product. The below RMA Return Policy must be followed in order to request repair or replacement of a defective product.
NOTE: Only unused and unopened items may be returned to Shades Masters. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt.
RMA Return Policy
1. To qualify for a return, refund or exchange:
a. All products must be in brand new condition.
b. All product boxes must be in new condition with all packing materials.
c. All product accessories must be included and in new condition to be eligible for return.
d. Return packages should be shipped using a track-able shipping method with insurance coverage for the value of the returned merchandise.
2. Disqualifying refund factors:
a. Opened cables are not returnable.
b. items that have been mounted or opened are not returnable.
c. Custom built or custom ordered items are also not returnable.
d. Writing on or damaging the product boxes. Only the shipping box should be labeled.
e. Using the product boxes as shipping boxes.
Any returned products (including the product boxes) must be in new condition to warrant any warranty or return. Returned merchandise will NOT be accepted without a prior approval by Shades Masters and the issuance of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Packages arriving will be refused unless an RMA number has been issued and is shown on the outside of each shipping package. Customers should write the RMA # on the shipping label of all return boxes.
Once received, Shades Masters will inspect any returned products in order to validate whether a product is eligible for a credit or replacement. A decision will be made within 10 business days of our shipping department receiving any returned product. In cases where a product has been returned and has missing or damaged parts (for example: missing product manuals, damaged goods) the RMA will be declined, and returned to the customer.
Credits, exchanges and refunds will be issued within 5 days after a decision has been made to validate whether a product is eligible for a refund, minus original shipping costs.
RMA#s are valid for 10 business days after they are issued by Shades Masters. Products must be received at our warehouse within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any order cancellation request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order date, items ordered, telephone #, problem or issue and email address.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided that your order has not already been shipped. If we are unable to stop shipment of your order, please follow the above RMA return policy to return any product(s).
Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer assumes the costs for shipping all returns back to Shades Masters. All replaced or repaired products are shipped via our choice of shipping method.
